Portfolio & Relevant Experience
We are new to federal contracting — and we own that. Here is what we genuinely bring: a commercial software track record, a SAM-registered entity, and a clear plan to earn our federal reputation.
No Federal CPARS Yet — Here Is What We Have
Federal Contracting Officers know when a company is padding its past performance. We would rather be direct: Orb Concepts LLC is entering the federal market from a strong commercial software foundation. We have no CPARS ratings to cite — but we have working applications, referenceable clients, documented Agile delivery, and a team that knows how to build software that ships.
Mobile & Software Applications — Our Foundation
Our commercial work demonstrates the technical capabilities we bring to federal missions. Full portfolio, code samples, and client references are available under NDA upon request.
How We Plan to Build Federal Past Performance
Subcontracting Under Established Primes
The fastest path to federal past performance for a new entrant is as a subcontractor. We are actively pursuing teaming agreements with established federal IT prime contractors who need our mobile and software engineering capabilities.
GSA MAS Schedule & 8(a) Application
We are preparing our GSA Multiple Award Schedule application and assessing 8(a) program eligibility. These vehicles open direct-award pathways with agencies, particularly for small dollar task orders that are ideal for first-time prime performance.
First Prime Awards & CPARS Ratings
Our goal is to secure our first prime contract awards — ideally through 8(a) sole-source or set-aside competition — and begin building verified CPARS ratings that will form the foundation of our federal track record.
Teaming Opportunities
We are actively seeking teaming partnerships with federal prime contractors who need subcontract capacity in mobile app development, software engineering, cloud work, or agile delivery.
